Notification of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday 12th April 2022 at the Baptist Church, High Street, Kidlington, OX5 2DS starting at 7.30 pm. All members are welcome to attend our AGM and have a say in how the association is run. Tea, coffee, and biscuits will be served from 7.15 pm.
The papers for the AGM are in the Members Area of the website and comprise the Agenda, Minutes of the 2021 AGM, Reports from Officers, Financial Reports, and Nomination papers for the election of trustees. On environmental and costs grounds, we do not provide hard copies of reports at the meeting.
Following the formal business of the AGM there will be a short talk by our President, Geraldine Wright, Hope Professor of Entomology at the University of Oxford.
