OBKA 2nd Winter Talk – Honey Tasting – CANCELLED

Unfortunately we have had to cancel this event. It will be rescheduled for the New Year when further details will be announced via email and on this website.

This evening’s talk is Honey Tasting with Janet Robinson-Wood.

Using the principles of sensory analysis we will compare flavour attributes of different honeys and then do a triangle test to detect over heated honey out of non heated samples.
