OBKA Winter Talk – Food Safety Legislation and the Beekeeper

A talk by OBKA member Andy Pedley
Andy is a retired Environmental Health Officer (EHO) and beekeeper of 29 years experience, who’s just moved to Oxfordshire.
He authored a series of articles in Beecraft in 2009 on the food safety legislation and how it applies to BeeKeepers, and has since presented at the National Honey Show, and to several bee keeping associations.
He’ll cover a variety of topics such as registration, training, allergens, food premises, records, and the general responsibilities of anyone who sells food.
