OBKA AGM – last day for resolutions or proposals

Our constitution stipulates that certain actions related to the AGM have to be completed by specific dates.

Any Member may make a resolution or propose a change to the rules in our constitution. These resolutions and proposals are considered by the AGM and voted upon. (Paragraph 6.a of our constitution dated 25th March 2015 refers.) Any such resolution or proposal, along with the names of the Proposer and Seconder, must reach the Secretary by 15th February 2020 to be included in the agenda. The Proposer and Seconder must be members of the Association.
