Oxfordshire Beekeepers Association – What is Beekeeping

‘What is Beekeeping’ is the first session of our training year for beginner beekeepers.

In a hopefully not too long presentation we aim to take people considering taking up beekeeping through the:

• Time
• Effort
• Costs
• Equipment
• Apiary sites

that a beginner should be aware of before considering committing to the hobby.

After the talk a number of our Tutors were available to take questions from the attendees – and there are always lots of questions.
